At the age of 5 with a huge dinosaur obsession, I aspired to be a paleontologist. As a little ol’ Texas girl, though, the thought of leaving my small hometown to explore terrified me. Fast forward to the next year, veterinary medicine sounded better. The year after that, history consumed me. Deciding on one field was never my forte. Twenty years later, I now do a little of everything as with a B.S. in Liberal Studies at Texas A&M University-Commerce.
Now, as a the spouse of a retired military member living in Central Florida, I experience more parts of the world than I ever imagined with my husband, toddler, and three puppies as my sidekicks. Here, I dabble in graphic design for small businesses, compete in weightlifting, and collect and sell vintage Pokémon cards to bring 90s nostalgia wherever we are.
What brings me the most joy, however, is helping others. Certified in personal training, nutrition, and pre- and postnatal fitness, I currently train military servicemembers, pregnant and postpartum women, and anyone seeking to safely enhance their health through food and fitness.
As a personal trainer, it is my goal to provide top tier guidance along your journey.
I provide a range of services and pricing to meet you where you are at whether you are a pregnant mother, newly postpartum, or long past the fourth trimester.
