Remote Training

  $50/month on start date

Remote training, aka virtual, works best for those

who do well without full, hands-on coaching.

Whether you're comfortable in the gym or you're new to working out, don't fret! I provide all the tools you need to chip away at your goals.

I deliver all workouts through Trainerize, which is an easy-to-use app that shows you your workouts along with videos demonstrating movements.

​

Remote Training includes:

•Individualized workouts tailored to your goals and needs that don't require you to spend hours in the gym

•Habit-based nutritional guidance and/or macro tracking and education

•Video check-ins if needed

•Video feedback on form, questions, examples (I may ask that you video movements for me to help you maximize your effort)

•Mandatory weekly check-ins via text, Trainerize, or email

•If traveling, can't make it to the gym, have a home gym set-up or just a few pieces of equipment, I can tailor workouts to keep you moving!

•Lifelong health and fitness education to take

with you for the rest of your life.

The "Strong Mom Club" Program

  Remote Training for Prenatal, Postpartum, & Beyond.

$50/month on start date

Are you pregnant, trying to conceive, newly postpartum, or had your last baby many years ago?

​

Trained in pre- & postnatal fitness, I work with you to maintain or  rebuild your fitness level during this time in your life while ensuring your safety and creating bodily awareness.

​

If you have any special considerations such as diastasis recti (abdominal separation), incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse (POP), or any other concerns, I may work with your care team, such as a pelvic floor physical therapist or OBGYN, or refer you to reach out to a professional to ensure you reach the best care possible while working towards your goals.
