I felt stuck and wasn't getting anywhere else so l sought a PT and met Lila. Lila has been been an amazing PT to work with she's encouraging, she's fun, her workouts will kick your butt and leave you feeling like you know you did some work that day. She also gives easy to follow nutrition plans and has really helped my relationship with food. She's helped me lose about another 30lb since September and put some muscle on. Not only that, but I can do so much more now
that I didn't think I could ever do!!" - Stef L
"Lila is hands down the best coach. Coming from someone that was already physically fit, I needed to work on my mental agility more so then my physical strength (don’t get me wrong she challenged both). She understands that training isn’t just about the physical outcome, but it’s also about how you feel about yourself internally. She is

Coming from someone that was already physically fit, I needed to work on my mental agility more so then my physical strength (don’t get me wrong she challenged both). She understands that training isn’t just about the physical outcome, but it’s also about how you feel about yourself internally. She is always understanding, motivating and very knowledgeable in what she does. There was plenty of times she pushed me beyond my comfort zone- the results were always rewarding. My experience with her as my coach is memorable. I still practice a lot of the things she showed me to include “enjoy food, just make healthier choices” vs my standard “deprave myself of all things delicious to shed weight.” She knows what she’s doing, and I would recommend her to anyone that wants to see results, wants that accountability and no hand outs!" - Heidi S.
In 3 months, Jay lost 5% of body fat, about 15lbs of fat, and gained strength, muscle, and reduced tightness in his lower back with allowed him to have more mobility and smoother functional movements (like bending down and squatting!).

Active duty service member Allen achieved many fitness goals over the course of a year. Allen spent 24 weeks (6 months) pushing through a 3 month bulk cycle and gained several pounds of muscle and increased his strength (including hitting a 5 rep deadlift personal record of 255 lbs!). He then spent 12 weeks on a moderate cutting cycle where we lowered his body fat by 10% (he finished the cycle at 11% body fat) and only lost 20 lbs thus maintaining most of his muscle gained. He didn't lose much strength, either! Following this, we spent 12 more weeks pushing him through on a reverse dieting plan (slowly increasing calories to increase caloric maintenance). At the end of these 12 weeks, he only gained 10 pounds and returned him to a more maintainable weight.
Along with these achievements, Allen continued to max out his ACFT (Army Combat Fitness Test) and pass every category with flying colors while enduring these separate phases.

In 3 months, Kathy lost over 10 lbs. She increased her strength over 100% as she went from barely being able to lift 2lb dumbbells overhead to pressing 10lb dumbbells overhead.
Her greatest achievement, though, was completing her first unassisted squat since her accident 20 years ago. Kathy spent 2 sessions a week for 12 weeks building unilateral and bilateral strength in her legs that finally allowed her to stand from a seated position on her own again.

Over the course of a year, Sandy lowered her body fat by over 10% (30+ lbs), gained several pounds of muscle as she increased her strength, and regained full mobility of her shoulder.
She also deadlifted for the first time with me and at the end of the year, she hit a PR of over 150lbs. She gained tons of confidence being guided through the gym, and we even found ways for her to strengthen her legs and muscles around her knees without causing harm to her prior knee injury.
She would say her greatest achievement would be hitting 10 pullups on the assisted machine by using only 20lbs of weight to help her. When she started, she only hit 5 reps using 150lbs of weight to help her up!).

As a gym newbie, Lila worked with me and taught me a great deal. If I had a question, she explained what the exercise was for and what we were working on. She truly cares about you and working towards your end goal. So if you are ready to truly commit to improving yourself, I highly recommend Lila!" - Christine
